Booking Policy

• Confirmation: You'll be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your date, time and details.
• Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before your session. Late cancellations forfeit the full booking amount.
• Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
• No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed.
• No Shows: No-shows forfeit the full booking amount with no reschedule offered.
• Cultural Exceptions: Exceptions may be made at GRUNNUNG’s discretion for Sorry Business or cultural obligations. Please contact us as soon as possible.
